Order Incorporation Service

Step 1: Resident/ Founder nationality information
  • Select basic information and other additional services which you want (if any).
Step 2: Incorporation Details
  • Register or login and fill in the company names and director/ shareholder(s).
  • Fill in billing address and special request (if any).
Step 3: Payment for Your Hong Kong Company
  • Choose your payment method (We accept payment by Credit/Debit Card, Paypal or Wire Transfer)
Step 4: Send the company kit to your address
  • Only One Day (urgent case) after collecting full required documents, you will receive soft copy of necessary documents including: Certificate of Incorporation, Business Registration, Memorandum and Articles of Association & NNC1. Then, your new company in Hong Kong is ready to do business!

Payment for Hong Kong Government

According to Hong Kong Government regulation, a company that is established in Hong Kong has to pay two types of Government fees as following:

Fee for Certificate of Incorporation (CI):

  • Pay one time when you set up the new company
  • Cost: USD 221 (HKD 1,720)

Fee for Business Registration (BR):

Depends on the contract duration (1-year or 3-year contract) that you chose. And this fee will be paid annually.

Note:

  • You can make payment to Hong Kong Government by yourself
  • Or One IBC Hong Kong can help you to pay this fee, plus 10% service charge.
